How to pick the right pc cases
Size matters — pick the right form factor
Full towers fit everything but dominate your desk. Mid towers are the sweet spot for most ATX builds. Micro-ATX and ITX cases save space but limit cooler height, GPU length, and expansion slots. Measure your desk space before you shop.
Airflow vs aesthetics
Mesh front panels let air flow freely and keep temps 5-10°C lower than solid glass fronts. If you want RGB visibility, look for cases with mesh sides or perforated top panels that balance looks with thermals. A case that looks great but throttles your GPU is a bad trade.
Radiator and cooler clearance
If you plan to use a 360mm AIO, confirm the case supports it in the top or front. For air coolers like the Noctua NH-D15 G2, you need at least 165mm of CPU cooler clearance. Check GPU clearance too — modern flagships can exceed 350mm in length.
Cable management features
