Nvidia locks down 3nm supply for RTX Spark, plans gen 2 and 3

Nvidia told press at Computex 2026 it has locked down 3nm N1X supply from TSMC for RTX Spark. The company is planning at least two more generations of the chip, which it sees as a mainstream play rather than a niche AI part.

RTX Spark will span entry-level to top-spec SKUs. Nvidia has a separate DGX Spark SKU for AI workloads, but the consumer line is aimed at the bulk of the gaming PC market.

This is interesting if you're trying to decide whether to wait. Nvidia is treating Spark like a platform, not a one-off experiment. That usually means better driver support and longer relevance.
